Ah yes, I see the “carnivores do not get plaques..” I actually liked it because Roberts MD takes the stance that humans are herbivores. To me when he says, “carnivores do not develop plaques” that’s an admittance that meat and fat doesn’t cause atherosclerosis. He goes on to argue that humans are herbivores and hence we develop atherosclerosis and references his own stuff. His argument is obviously flawed and quite frankly silly. Claws, lapping, the length of the gut which is wrong, etc it’s all ridiculous. We became the world’s apex predator by developing characteristics of our own, i.e the use of tools and tactics.

I definitely get your point and I’m going to consider it more and see what other people think because I could choose another tac there.
