I chosen these foods because I think they are the wrong foods and are easily replaced with lovely nourishing foods that taste amazing but don’t injure us in the long run.

Eating excessively is another discussion. However, things like sugars encourage overeating. By making more nutritious choices at meal times we are less likely to overeat junk foods.

‘everything in moderation’ & ‘balanced’ are the Maginot Line of dietary advice IMO. They are easily gone around.
