I keep it simple, animal fats to cook with, butter for flavour, olive oil in a salad and that’s about it.

Its very low tech to crush olives and make oil from them, that’s the kind of thing I’m suggesting. If it has to be done in a factory with chemicals etc it’s probably not great.
