I think monos are fine, including good quality animal fats common place in our evolution. I like dairy fats too. I don't like vegetable oils that have been extruded from cheap monocrops, corn, soybean, canola etc. They require a complex set of processes that make them, you guessed it, a highly processed food. I question whether all of them are damaged during processing.
