I was a little surprised too! The gist is to give up junk food. I always ask people to give it up completely, that way they eat it occasionally. If I say eat it now and again it becomes more frequent etc etc.

Well done for taking control, diet is so powerful. I’ve done incredible things, managing a whole host of chronic disease with dietary applications. Some people just don’t want to know. Each to their own!
