Olive oil is OK to cook with. Youfry at ~190 degrees, the smoke point of olive oil is 220.

However, I recommend people keep it simple and use animal fats for cooking because they’re so stable and olive oil or avocado oil (good quality) for salads. Butter for taste.

Adding fats to vegetables is important to obtain the nutrients within them. Thanks for reading.
