Show me a paper that shows causation of animal products and heart disease or atherosclerosis.

I’ll save you some time. There are none.

Animal foods are our most nutrient dense. Heart disease was barely even an area of science prior to our producing fats like those i’ve mentioned.

How you can blame animal produce in the light of evolution makes me think you’ve been brainwashed.

Examine the science you have been presented, do not accept poor studies, do not accept vested interest’s promises.

Be objective and you will discover you have been lied to.

Just so I’m clear. Animal products do not cause disease.
