So, let me get this straight. I’ve had a close look at all of the references used in the film and discovered that they do not provide even the remotest reasons to eat nothing but plants.

Something that zero traditional / ancient cultures have ever done.

My motivation is that I don’t want to see people hurting themselves by following a diet that is very hard to provide all of the nutrients required for robust human health.

Those most likely to be hurt are the young and impressionable. Sir, I include you amongst them.

And you think this is shameful?

Your response is beyond anything that is normal. You haven’t read the article have you?

I recommend the following nutrients for you:

EPA/DHA

a bio-available source of B vitamins

selenium

choline

vitamin D

amino acid supplement.

These will help you build the neurotransmitters for robust mental health and provide you with some balance and perspective.
