So, the sunflower oil you see in the supermarket is cheap and mass produced in a way that is likely to damage the mainly polyunsaturated fats within.

You can buy it cold pressed and in small, dark glass containers which makes it much less likely to be harmful.

It’s about quality here. I’d keep things simple here and just stick to other oils. I just use olive, butter and a v high quality lard for cooking.
