Thanks for the interest and taking the time to write. There's a few problems with your comparison. Firstly, you've used uncooked brown rice, secondly you've used a processed version of cauliflower rice. Processing and sitting in a bag for months depletes nutrients, unless it's frozen or fermented (as a rule). I can't understate the benefits of making it at home, it's sooooo much tastier too. Have a look at this side by side comparison. Brown rice is much higher in niacin and potassium but the other problems persist; calories per portion, carbs.
